– We provide 1,000 watts of electricity included with each booth. Appliances such as coffee pots, rice cookers, hot pots, ect. are not allowed as they will blow the breakers.

– Set-up Dates & Times: Tuesday and Wednesday, January 28 and 29, from 9am to 6pm. All three weekends of the show are very busy, so plan accordingly.
Regular Set-up
Tuesday and Wednesday, January 28 and 29, from 9am to 6pm.
– Please visit the Show Office in the Showcase Tent for check-in prior to attempting to access your booth location in either tent. Anyone found setting up prior to checking in will be escorted from the property and will not be able to return until Wednesday, January 29th.
Early Set-up
Monday, January 27th 2025 from 9am to 6pm. Only the vendor who is signed up for this service may enter the property, other vendors cannot accompany them. Early access vendors will receive a QR code that will be scanned upon entry. The cost for this service is $325.
– Early Badge Pick-Up: Balance payment, badge & parking pass pickup, is at the 22nd Street Lot from 12pm to 6pm on Monday, January 20th, 2025. You will enter the Lot through the entrance gate where money is collected during the show. Stay in your car! Vendors picking up badges are NOT granted access before Regular Set-Up.
Requirements and Restrictions for Early Access (Delivery & Set-Up):
-Show balances must be paid In Full – NO EXCEPTIONS – if you are unable to pay your bill at check-in, you will be required to leave a Photo ID or your Passport.
– You must request an early access pass via email – include your company name and space number.
