Security

24-hour armed security will commence at 8 AM on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, and will run uninterrupted for 20 days. Starting the following day, there will consistently be a minimum of three uniformed armed security officers on-site. To enhance overnight security, we will deploy a K-9 team alongside security patrol cars equipped with flashing lights, ensuring our location remains highly secure and a strong deterrent against any potential threats. Our perimeter is fortified with 6-foot and 8-foot chain-link fencing, complemented by robust exterior lighting. Additionally, we have implemented state-of-the-art video surveillance and other advanced security measures that we prefer to keep confidential

Despite taking various precautions, some losses are unavoidable, particularly due to shoplifting. As an exhibitor, you acknowledge that you assume all risks of loss, damage, or theft for any reason. You agree to hold the promoter, as well as its employees, contractors, suppliers, and the City of Tucson, blameless for any losses incurred. It is your responsibility to obtain insurance and implement adequate protection measures (such as showcases, cameras, RIF tags, alarms, chains, cables, strong boxes, etc.) for your merchandise.
